The Razor A scooter … What does that phrase make you think about? If you have children, I’m sure that you’ve heard of the Razor A scooter series, but they weren’t around when we were kids. However, the idea was, even though I forget the brand names from my youth.
I adored my two-wheeled, kick-powered scooter when I was a kid. Mum and Dad had their automobile, my older brothers had their bicycles and I had my scooter. It didn’t go fast, but then, I didn’t go far either, but it was transport and it gave that feeling of freedom. I had my wheels and I was mobile!

When many people decide they want to get a scooter, they first think that they want something that will work well on surface streets and will not necessarily get up to dangerous speeds like a 150cc or larger scooter would. Many people decide that a 50cc scooter would really be ideal for their situation after a little bit of research, and they then set off to purchase their scooter. After making their purchase, many people end up regretting their decision for one reason or another because they were not informed when they made their purchase decision.

50cc scooters have an engine capacity that classifies them as small motorcycles or mopeds at the limit between the vehicle category and moped classes. Regulations vary between many countries of the world, when it comes to the right to drive 50cc scooters with or without a driving license and common laws are seldom made. For example, in some EU countries you can ride such motorcycles without a driving license. The exceptions are France and Italy, where you must have a car driving license to operate vehicles up to 125cc. There is a fairly big level of legal ambiguity in the definition and classification of scooters and mopeds.

These vehicles are a passion for many people and there are many collectors of classic and vintage automobiles.

Everywhere we turn, we see evidence of rough times. The recession continues to result in higher unemployment rates. The highest recipients of bail-out money from the federal government are insurance companies and banks. Everyone who wants to stay in business are looking at ways to cut costs. In times like this, business auto insurance becomes a vital area for grinding out the best deal possible.
How many companies have built up a good relationship with a car company over the years? And many of those businesses will now have to reconsider buying, for example, General Motors products with the company possibly headed for bankruptcy as early as June 1st.
